CAUSA


This is a Peruvian dish that is traditionally made on the basis of yellow potato, lemon, yellow pepper, boiled egg and black olives, ingredients to which avocado was added for the filling and lettuce for decoration. This preparation admits several variants, such as stuffed with tuna, trout, chicken, seafood or other varieties of white meat. It is served with a light mayonnaise bath.

In addition to yellow potatoes, the mass of the cause can be made with green beans or yellow yucca.

STUFFED CAUSE RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

For the mass:
1 kg. yellow potato
3 tablespoons of ground yellow pepper
1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
5 lemons
Salt to taste
For the filling:
1 chicken breast
1 avocado
3 tomatoes
Mayonnaise
Salt and pepper

PREPARATION
We boil the potatoes for about 25 minutes, and in another pot, we do the same with the chicken breast. When it's done, peel it and run it through a potato press. Shred the chicken, add the mayonnaise and salt. Cut the tomato into slices, also the avocado.

ADVERTISING
Add the ground chili to the pressed potatoes, oil, and calculate the salt. Squeeze about 4 or 5 lemons into the preparation and with your hands, knead it. To assemble the cause, put a layer of potato, sliced ​​tomatoes, the avocado, cover it with another layer of dough, add the shredded chicken and the last layer of potato. Clever!

THE SECRET
Remember to press the potato when they are hot as it will be easier because when they are cold, it hardens.


MY EATING HABITS

My eating habits are somewhat strange.

I usually have a late breakfast, usually breakfast at 10 am and it is always something light like oatmeal or some fruit juice, accompanied by a bread.

For lunch is somewhat varied, the eating time is around 1 pm and usually each person eats on their own, we are hardly ever at the table together.

For dinner, which is around 8 or 9 pm, sometimes I eat what was left over for lunch, and if there was no left over that day I prepare a coffee or tea, always accompanied by bread.

I think I need to improve my eating habits, in order to take care of my body and be healthy.
